Who we are
Sociomade (sociomade.com) builds a platform for user-generated content. For questions about privacy, email [email protected].
What this website collects
Only what you send us through the early-access or demo form: your name, work email, company, website, the answers you choose and your message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that follow you.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying.
How long we keep it
Up to twelve months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Who processes it
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf, within the EU where possible. Bot protection on the forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser to tell people from bots.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
